Dr. Tanya Petach is a Climate Science Fellow at AGCI and works on projects spanning the human/climate interface. Inspired by nature-based solutions, collaborative problem solving, and the complexities of the natural world, she focuses on data-driven solutions to climate stresses, with an emphasis on inclusivity. For the past seven years, Tanya has worked collaboratively with teams of researchers investigating the human impacts of climate-driven hydrologic changes in arid regions. She joined AGCI in 2022 with a background in hydrology, climate science, and STEM education.
