Yi Xi

Yi Xi is a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l’Environnement (LSCE), France. Her research focuses on high-latitude ecosystems, permafrost dynamics, and carbon–climate feedbacks. She develops land surface models to study interactions among water, energy, and carbon cycles under climate change. Her recent work examines how deep permafrost carbon and nonlinear thaw processes may influence future climate change.
