Jennifer Brady leads Climate Central's data-driven investigations into climate trends and impacts. Brady's expertise lies in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights on climate change impacts and science. Her work with the Climate Matters program includes studies of climate change-related disasters, major power outages, and urban heat island effects across the U.S. She has worked extensively with journalists around the country to explain Climate Central's analyses of the connections between weather and climate change and their impacts on local communities, appearing frequently as a guest on national TV and radio programs. Brady also worked as a Program Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Transportation (DOT), managing projects related to transportation statistics, waste management, and the waste-climate connection.
