Lindy Alfaro

Lindy Alfaro is AGCI's Director of People and Culture. In this role, she leads our Human Resources function including compensation, benefits, and staff engagement, and continues efforts to strengthen AGCI's talent management systems for staff recruitment, development, and retention.

Lindy brings 25 years of experience in talent management, training, succession planning, benefits administration, and employee relations. She began her career at a multinational manufacturing corporation where she held various HR leadership roles. During the past nine years, Lindy led a successful consulting practice providing strategic HR support to diverse clients across sectors – from biotech to non-profit (including AGCI!) to automotive and more. Lindy holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and is SPHR-certified.

When she's not at work, Lindy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons playing tennis, exploring the great outdoors, and traveling.
