Anna Casey (she/her) is AGCI’s Senior Manager, Project Operations, where she leads the development of systems, tools, and approaches that strengthen project implementation and operational excellence across the organization.

Anna brings 15 years of experience in international development, project management, and cross-sector partnership development. Before joining AGCI, she worked at the global consulting firm Resonance, where she led social impact programs funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development and built partnerships across government, nonprofit, and private-sector stakeholders to advance food security, labor rights, workforce development, education, and women’s empowerment. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, supporting international climate programs focused on peer learning, field building, and knowledge exchange around climate adaptation and urban resilience.

Anna’s work spans both operational and technical leadership—ensuring compliance and operational rigor while also advancing program quality and impact. She believes that operational excellence is the foundation of technical excellence and sustainable impact.

Anna lives in central Vermont with her husband, two sons, and their pit bull. Outside of work, you will usually find her in the mountains on skis, a snowboard, one of several bikes, or testing the limits of how much outdoor gear one household truly needs.
