Colin Kinsman

Colin Kinsman is a graduate student in the University of Colorado Boulder’s Masters of the Environment program, specializing in environmental and natural resource policy. He and two other master's students are collaborating with AGCI on a capstone project focused on analyzing the intricacies of decision-making through snowpack data in the Colorado River Basin. Colin has an academic background in political science and philosophy with a focus on environmental and constitutional policy.
