Food Engineer, Master in Sustainability from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and MBA in Business Management. Co-creator of the Todos à Mesa Movement, the first coalition of Brazilian companies united to reduce food waste and combat hunger. Technical consultant in projects related to the humanitarian supply chain, including the redistribution of food from waste, for FAO/UN and the Ministry of Citizenship. Member of the strategic committee for the formulation of the national plan for the reduction of food losses and waste of the Ministry of Social Development in Brazil.
