A Professor of Food Analysis & Safety Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). Offers a wealth of experience (> 15 years) in research, policy formulation, and the development of quality and safety standards. Recognized for leadership in managing research grants and contributing to academic journals, while actively engaged in advancing food safety protocols at national and regional levels. Holds editorial positions on the boards of the Journal of Science of Food and Agriculture (Wiley), Mycotoxin Research (Springer), World Mycotoxin Journal (Wageningen Academic Publishers).
