Lauran Garcia is an intern for AGCI’s Roaring Fork Observation Network. Her seasonal research is focused on snowpack in the Roaring Fork Valley and the importance of data collection and management in the face of a changing climate. She will be graduating this year with a B.A. in Sustainability Studies from Colorado Mountain College and has experience with field work and conducting research. She is passionate about natural resource management, sustainable development, and the intersection of science and society to promote an adaptive and resilient future.
