Dr Elisa Zavadil is currently with the Victorian State Government leading the development of a statewide approach to coastal hazard risk and adaptation. She has a technical background in fluvial and coastal geomorphology, engineering and science, with 18 years experience spanning consulting, research and government. In recent years, Elisa has supported Local Governments and communities across Australia in progressing their adaptation strategies. She enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholder groups to advance strategic planning for our catchments, waterways and coastlines.
