Alexandra Jahn is an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder, studying Arctic and Paleo climate processes with a focus on the role of the ocean and sea ice in the climate system. She earned her PhD from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Diplom degree from the Free University of Berlin in Germany. Before joining the faculty at CU Boulder in 2015, she spend 5 years at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) as ASP Postdoctoral fellow and Project Scientist.
