Dr. Ann Fisher hold appointments jointly in the Penn State Institutes of the Environment and in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology. Her titles include Senior Scientist and Professor of Environmental Economics. She is a Fellow in the Society for Risk Analysis, and received its Distinguished Service Award in 1991.
