Céline Guivarch

Céline Guivarch is an economist at CIRED (International Research Center on Environment and Development). She is particularly interested in the economic implications of climate change, the links between energy and development, the transition to low-carbon economies, the assessment of policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and international climate negotiations. She is part of the team of authors of the IPCC 6th assessment report.
