Jacquie Stone is currently the Director, Policy and Projects at the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage, having been in the position for 4 years, overseeing policies on coastal management, bushfire, water resources, wetlands, native vegetation, tourism, strata and community titles amongst others.
Jacquie is an urban planner with over 27 years’ experience, in policy, strategic and statutory planning roles. Her experience spans both state and local government, in senior and management roles. She has worked in both Melbourne, and throughout Western Australia during her career, so has a wide ranging knowledge and expertise in all aspects of land use planning, in both the metropolitan and regional context
