Jean-Luc Payan

I am currently the manager of the Natural Hazards Team at the Otago Regional Council in Dunedin, New Zealand. Originally from France, I graduated with a PhD in hydrology from the French Institute of Technology for life, Food and Environmental Sciences in Paris and holds a Master of Engineering in Water Sciences and Environment form the French School of Water and Environment Engineering in Strasbourg.
