Biography
Ellie joined AGCI with experience fostering creative communication between the public and scientific information. She has since developed AGCI's Science through Illustration initiative, aimed at bolstering AGCI's creative outreach through illustration and graphic representations of global change research. She holds a B.A. in ‘Science, Technology, and Society’ from the University of Puget Sound, then later studied Information Design & Data Visualization at the Rhode Island School of Design. Before joining AGCI, Ellie worked in the environmental education field as a naturalist and high school biology teacher. Outside of AGCI, she performs as a cellist and vocalist.
