Lisa McPhee has recently joined The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's Resource Analysis Unit. During her time at Metropolitan she has been project manager for work with the Water Utility Climate Alliance, catalogued, collected and created a database for local production data across the region, modeled major groundwater basins for incorporation into supply scenarios, and performed various other supply analyses. She was a 2009 Water Education Foundation Water Leader and has a degree in Environmental and Water Resource Economics from the University of Arizona .
