Brandon Goshi has been with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since 1994. He is a manager in the Planning and Development section of the Water Resource Management Group. He and his staff are primarily responsible for the analysis of the integrated water supply and demand planning for Metropolitan's 5,200 square-mile service area. This responsibility includes developing regional water supply and demand projections, defining approaches and strategies for managing uncertainty, and recommending resource implementation and operational strategies. Prior to coming to Metropolitan, Brandon worked for the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power on water rates structures and water resource issues. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine.
