Biography
David W. Cash is the Director of Air Policy in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs. Cash spent the past ten years at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government conducting pre-doctoral and post-doctoral research as part of the Global Environmental Assessment (GEA) Project, the Sustainability Science Project, and the Knowledge Systems for Sustainable Development (KSSD) Project. He also developed and co-taught a new introductory course for the undergraduate concentration in Environmental Science and Public Policy (ESPP). As an SED collaborator, he hopes to act as a catalyst for cross-fertilization between knowledge and action, between academia and government. He received his PhD in Public Policy at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a BS in Biology from Yale University.
